BEAM
In addition to all the distribution services American Warehouse,
Inc offers, we provide the opportunity to relieve your company
of many of the day to day operations. We call this concept
BEAM which stands
for Back
End
Account
Management. This
process reflects all other areas of your operation including but
not limited to staff and office space, hardware, software,
accounts receivables and the training needed to best serve the
customer before and after the product has left the building.
There are several areas of an operation that would need to be addressed in
order to fully benefit from the BEAM concept. We feel that these
areas include hardware, software, staff and office space, and
training. The most fundamental is staff which is outlined in our
four tier staffing system.
In conjunction with our outstanding distribution we offer the highest
level of customer service and serve your customers as if they
were our own. At American Warehouse, Inc we are proud of this
concept and have utilized it with some of our current customers.

parties by the implementation of the BEAM concept.
FOUR TIER STAFFING SYSTEM
American
Warehouse, Inc feels strongly about being involved in the
process of hiring the staff for the distribution of your
product. We currently utilize a staffing system that hires four
employees including a Chief Executive, Major Account Executive,
Assistant Major Account Executive and Administrative Office
Staff Assistant per account. We feel that the top two layers are
necessary however based on your operation other the other
positions are negotiable. Each position is briefly described
below.

Chief Executive
Serves as the
main liaison between the warehouse and office operation to keep
the overall flow of the operation in tune.

Major Account Executive
Reports
directly to the Chief Executive and is responsible for the
office management of day to day flow of the office, training of
all staff on new procedures and works
closely with the warehouse staff to ensure speed and accuracy of
all processes.

Assistant Account Executive
Reports
directly to the Major Account Executive and is responsible for
addressing resolution of customer needs including but not
limited to orders, payments and returns.

Administrative Office Staff Assistant
Reports directly to the Major Account
Executive and is responsible for addressing customer needs via
several mediums including but not limited to phone, email and
fax.
